The Shadow Friends Characters
by Tess Gerritsen

This novel's cast blends retired spies, small-town law enforcement, and Russian illegals, with everyday people caught in the middle. Ingrid Slocum and Maggie Bird anchor the story, both retired CIA women pulled back into danger. Jo Thibodeau grounds it as the local police chief trying to keep order.
On this page you'll find each character's role, a short description, their key arc, and the relationships that matter. From Ingrid's husband Lloyd to the Martini Club to the killer Hannah Murray, it covers who works with whom, who clashes, and who pays the price. No spoilers, just the basics.
