End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you ("End-User", "you") and Leanback AS ("Company", "we", "us", "Developer"), governing your access to and use of the insta.page mobile application (the "Licensed Application"). By using our Licensed Application, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

This EULA is concluded between you and Leanback AS only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Leanback AS, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The Licensed Application is not available to users under 13 years old. Minors must have parental consent to use the Licensed Application.

2. Scope of License

Leanback AS grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

This Licensed Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing. You may not:

• Transfer, redistribute, or sublicense the Licensed Application
• Copy (except as expressly permitted by this license)
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Licensed Application
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Licensed Application

3. Maintenance and Support

Leanback AS is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application as specified in this EULA or as required under applicable law.

You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

4. Warranty

Leanback AS is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed.

In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application.

Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of Leanback AS.

The Licensed Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Leanback AS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Product Claims

You acknowledge that Leanback AS, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and/or use of the Licensed Application, including but not limited to:

• Product liability claims
• Any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement
• Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation

This EULA does not limit Leanback AS's liability to you beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of the Licensed Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Leanback AS, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

The Licensed Application and its content (excluding user-generated content) are the proprietary property of Leanback AS. All trademarks, designs, and interface elements remain the exclusive property of Leanback AS.

7. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country
• You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties

8. Third-Party Terms of Agreement

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application. For example, you must not be in violation of your wireless data service agreement when using the Licensed Application.

9. Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems to access the Licensed Application
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Impersonate other users or conduct illegal activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

11. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewable Payments

11.1 Subscription Plans

We offer the following auto-renewable subscription options:

• Premium Monthly Subscription - $9.99 per month ($9.99/month)
• Premium Annual Subscription - $79.99 per year ($6.67/month) with 7-day free trial

11.2 Free Trial

The Annual Premium Subscription includes a 7-day free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged the full annual subscription price and your subscription will begin.

11.3 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged the then-current subscription price upon renewal.

11.4 Payment Method

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

11.5 Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Select insta.page → Cancel Subscription

Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access until that time.

11.6 Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Refund requests must be made through Apple App Store. We do not directly process refunds for in-app subscriptions.

11.7 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after notice is provided.

11.8 Subscription Benefits

Premium subscriptions include:

• Unlimited access to all book summaries
• High-quality AI audio narrations
• PDF download capability
• AI-powered chat with book content
• Interactive mindmaps for each chapter
• Offline reading access
• Priority customer support
• Access to new summaries added daily

12. Termination

We may terminate your access immediately for violations of this EULA. Upon termination, your right to use the Licensed Application ceases immediately. Active subscriptions will remain valid until the end of the current billing period.

13. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will be resolved in Sandnes, Norway courts, except as required for Apple's enforcement rights as a third-party beneficiary.
